I have had a very difficult time finding a dentist that I trust and like. I have had two appointments at Gilbert Modern Dentistry so far, and I believe the level of care I have received has been excellent. Everyone who has worked with me has gone out of their way to make sure I was very comfortable. I can’t recall the name of the lady who did all of the x-rays on my first appointment, but she was lovely and so friendly. Makenna did my cleaning and she was kind and efficient. Then I had two onlays installed by Dr. Nguyen and Katelynn. Dr. Nguyen was very conscientious and cared about my comfort. Katelynn did many kind things to also make the whole process run smoothly. They even checked after the onlays were installed to be sure that there wasn’t any extra cement on my teeth that might be a bother. Makenna jumped in and offered to help with the very tiny amount that was there. I have left other dentists who never checked that, and who were sloppy and left a lot of cement that was painful later. This was my best dental experience in many years. I highly recommend this office.
